Tina Langdok, PYT/AMT, has completed over 1000 hours of training. In 2015, she completed her studies with the Mindful Academy in Alicante Spain as a MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Accredited Teacher. She has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for over 38 years. Her focus is on the therapeutic potential of yoga and mindfulness to bring balance to our lives with regular practice..
She is cofounder and a primary teacher for the IYT Teacher Training at Inner Light Studios in Wauwatosa, WI, and also teaches workshops and in-services across the country on Mudras, Pranayama, and Mindfulness Meditation.
Tina is a certified YogaMotion instructor (200 hour) and completed her second 200-hour certification with Tias Little at Prajna Yoga, in Santa Fe New Mexico in 2006. In 2007, Tina completed 300 hours of study and certification with Joseph and Lillian LePage of Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT). Tina’s classes and private sessions place equal emphasis on body, mind, and heart - blending a mix of postures, breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation into every session..
Tina works with clients dealing with a wide range of issues including cancer, heart disease, stress related imbalances,
hormone issues, skeletal issues, injury, life transitions and just about anything else. Tina’s other passion is poetry – she often reads poetry in her yoga classes as an intention, revisiting lines throughout the practice to merge imagery and
feeling states of being at a deeper level.

Monday, 6-7:15 p.m. Mindful Flow
A slow Vinyasa flow class with intentional pauses and holds to safely increase strength, stability and opening. All levels welcome.
Friday, noon-1 p.m. Slow Flow
This 60-minute class will help you to drop into yourself, with attention to breath and freedom from thoughts, truly restoring your wellbeing. All levels welcome.

A private session is a great way to jump start your yoga practice or work with individual issues.

*NEW* MBSR Zoom COURSE
An opportunity to take the MBSR course in the privacy of your home in a group setting!
This group course will be taught over Zoom. (Zoom is a platform like Skype, that is business friendly - to connect students simply click on a link) Students will Zoom in from throughout the country to participate in this 8 week Mindfulness Course at Trillium Studio MKE.
The format will be the same as the regular group MBSR course with live and interactive guided meditations, education, and inquiry. The zoom platform also allows for pair work and power point sharing.
Tina regularly offers Private Yoga Therapy and MBSR Individual Courses over Zoom, but this will be the first group MBSR offering.

The eight session format is based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn's highly acclaimed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and the current programs taught at Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice (CMRP) in the UK and around the world.
Tina is an accredited MBSR teacher with the Mindful Academy International.
She has taught extensively throughout the Milwaukee area and beyond, working with individuals, groups, and businesses.
