Tina Langdok, PYT/AMT, has completed over 1000 hours of training. In 2015, she completed her studies with the Mindful Academy in Alicante Spain as a MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Accredited Teacher. She has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for over 42 years. Her focus is on the therapeutic potential of yoga and mindfulness to bring balance to our lives with regular practice..
She is cofounder and a primary teacher for the IYT Teacher Training at Inner Light Studios in Wauwatosa, WI, and also teaches workshops and in-services across the country on Mudras, Pranayama, and Mindfulness Meditation.
Tina is a certified YogaMotion instructor (200 hour) and completed her second 200-hour certification with Tias Little at Prajna Yoga, in Santa Fe New Mexico in 2006. In 2007, Tina completed 300 hours of study and certification with Joseph and Lillian LePage of Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT). Tina’s classes and private sessions place equal emphasis on body, mind, and heart - blending a mix of postures, breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation into every session..
Tina works with clients dealing with a wide range of issues including cancer, heart disease, stress related imbalances,
hormone issues, skeletal issues, injury, life transitions and just about anything else. Tina’s other passion is poetry – she often reads poetry in her yoga classes as an intention, revisiting lines throughout the practice to merge imagery and
feeling states of being at a deeper level.

Join Tina for 2 1/2 hours of education and practice, exploring the practices and techniques from the film,
Pizza & Prana
Learn how to access your energy body through breath, meditation, mudras, and movement.
We will begin with some background on the role of Prana in Yoga Philosophy, and then dive into the supporting neuro-science.
Most of the practices will be experienced in a chair, with the exception of Yoga Nidra, which many students prefer to practice lying down.
Open to practitioners of all levels.

(Prerequisite: Level One Workshop)

In this workshop that builds on the practices from Level One, the focus will be on moving Prana, as well as an exploration of Energy Body Structures. Practices will include The Microcosmic Orbit, Chakra Clearing with Mudras, and the Breath practices, Kapalabati or Fire Breath and the classical alternate nostril breathing called Nadi Sodhana. The practice will end with a Mindful Body Scan.

Tina’s treatment of the MBSR course material is excellent. She does an excellent job of balancing the delivery of new material with practice and class discussions. She leads by example and is very practiced in leading meditation sessions. This course had a lasting impression on my life and I’d recommend it to anyone who is considering Mindfulness for the first time or someone who has practiced for years.
